a. AOR must be registered with Supreme Court Integrated Case Management and Information System.
b. For other users, if they are not already registered with eCopying, they need to go through process of verification of identity besides, they need to provide valid mobile number and e-mail. Once OTP is verified, link will be sent to entered email id which will re-direct user to portal.
a. AOR must be registered with the Supreme Court Integrated Case management and Information System (ICMIS) and he/she must be an AOR for one of the parties in which e-copy is sought.
b. In case of Appearing Counsel, his/her appearance on the respective date must have been recorded in the Integrated Case management and Information System (ICMIS), particularly for the case for which request for e-copy is made.
c. Appearing Counsel whose data is not recorded in the Integrated Case management and Information System (ICMIS) will have to go through the process of verification.
a. In case of AOR, one-time-password (OTP) on registered mobile number and email will be sufficient, as process of verification will already have been completed. Therefore, AOR need not re-undergo the process. Confirmation of their online request will be verified through their registered mobile number and registered email address.
b. In case of Appearing Counsel or party-in-person not yet registered with the system, they may have to establish identity. They can choose any method of eKYSH (Know your Stake Holder) i.e. offline Aadhar based verification or uploading identity proof which will be verified by Supreme Court Registry.
c. Registered mobile number, e-mail ID will be mandatory for all types of applicants, AOR code in case of AOR, any valid photo identity card with registered mobile number and e-mail id for Appearing Counsel.
a. Please go through the process of verification of identity wherein your mobile number and email ID will be asked. Once verified, the same will be registered mobile number and registered mail address for the said user.
b. AOR if not already registered may have to get himself/herself registered as per procedure prescribed under the Supreme Court Rules of 2013.

AOR, Appearing Counsel, party-in-person are entitled to obtain copies of Orders, Judgement or Record of Proceedings (RoP) provided they are eligible to make such request in that case.
Only AOR or party-in-person are entitled to obtain document or part of document in case concerning them and none other.
Any valid user can search availability of documents by entering case type, case number & year or diary number & year. Once this information is submitted, search results will be displayed on the screen. If desired documents are not displayed on the screen, you may make request of desired document(s) by giving necessary details.
Provide details of the documents or of Order / Judgment / Record of Proceedings which you are require but not shown on the screen, one by one. Registry will process your request for e-copy and provide an update so that accurate charges are paid. Needless to say, in the event of unavailability you will be informed about closing your request. After notification of update, once payment is made or valid request is received, it will be processed as eCopying request.
The user will be notified through SMS updates and mailing alerts for each stage of progress. Additionally, you can check the “status” on eCopying portal.

a. Authenticated copy (which is not certified) can be delivered in soft or hard copy. Authenticated soft copy can be delivered on email and authenticated hard copy at the counter or by speed post on the given mailing address.

Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC eliminates the need for the resident to provide photo copy of Aadhaar card and instead resident can download the KYC XML and provide the same to an agency which wanted to have his/her KYC. In offline Aadhar verification Aadhaar number of the resident is not revealed, instead only a reference ID is shared. Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC is voluntary and Aadhaar number holder driven.

Digital Copy is an authenticated copy of the record. However, it cannot be used in lieu of certified copy. It is not certified copy.
If the applicant is not a party in any matter, he may, if so advised, move an application as per provisions of Order XIII, Rule 2, read with Order VIII, Rule 6(1) and Order V Rule 2 (37), Supreme Court Rules 2013 for obtaining the desired documents in that matter and he may file the application at the filing counter and shall wherever necessary, be accompanied by the documents required under the rules of the Court to be filed along with the said plaint, petition or appeal.
